Cancellation Policy

Studio Policies All reservations for classes and appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy without exception.   1. All reservations for classes and appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy without exception.
Please notify Ning Pilates at least 24-hours before cancelling an appointment or the client will be held responsible for full payment. This policy is to protect instructors who have made a time commitment to the schedule. 2. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class in order to ensure your spot. Latecomers may lose their spot to waitlisted clients 5 minutes after the start of the class.
 3. All service purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be transferable.
 4. Ning Pilates is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
 5. The studio guarantees appointment times, not instructors if last-minute changes become necessary. You are encouraged to work with multiple instructors.
 6. Appropriate fitness apparel and socks are required at all times.
 7. Prompt payment is required in order to maintain regular standing appointments.
 8. Please silence your cell phone while in the studio.
 9. Pregnant clients may participate in designated services by approval and with medical clearance. Group Classes are not considered appropriate for expecting mothers.
