About Classical Pilates
Classical Pilates is the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, following a structured sequence of exercises rooted in six key principles:
Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow.
It emphasizes whole-body strength, alignment, and mindful movement.
As Romana Kryzanowska said:
“Stretch with strength and control.”
Unlike Contemporary Pilates, which often modifies the work, Classical Pilates preserves the original exercises, order, and equipment — staying true to the method as it was intended.
CLASSES
Class Lesson Price
We offer three types of private Pilates classes: Private ($100), Duet ($120), and Semi ($45/person). Each class is 55 minutes long, with a validity period of 2 months for a package of 5 classes and 3 months for a package of 10 classes. Expired classes will be forfeited. Classes can be transferred but are non-refundable. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy: cancellation 24 hours before the class will result in a full refund, while cancellation within 24 hours will result in a deduction of the class fee.
